try coconut oil, I use Dr. Bronners Coconut Oil and my boys have never had any problems they have smooth soft tooshies lol!

maybe it's a reaction to everything you're putting on her... but to be sure, ask her doctor. all that stuff may not be necessary bc sometimes it's just finding a diaper brand that doesn't break her out down there

I always air my babys bottom out if she's getting a diaper rash. just lay her on the bed with a few towels underneath her and just let her bottom breathe with out anything on it. also in my opinion A&D is way better the desitin. I wouldn't use both.
