ok this might be a tmi question but I very intune with my body so I figured i would ask. does anyone check their cervix. I just checked mine and its extremely high I can hardly even reach it which is not normal for me. once I was able to reach it my cervix feels closed which I can usually feel a small opening. how can I tell if it's really closed or not?
I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
When they do cervical checks via vaginal ultrasound can they see if cervix is open or closed too?
I love that I know how to check myself for dilation! I'm completely closed but cervix seems really soft .. I can feel his head down there though ! It's so fascinating to me ! Wow
Ladies who are 36 weeks and further... Does your doctor check your cervix each week? Mine said he's not checking mine until my due date which I think is crazy
