you can choose as long as your doctor is affiliated with the hospital. here in Michigan sometimes 3d are extra, some insurances pay I believe tho.

You seem very prepared that's good. Don't listen to other people, if you want a birth plan make one, it's for you not anyone else.

my doctor is only affiliated with 2 and I don't get a choice before 36 weeks because only 1 has nicu. when is the best time to get a 3d ultrasound tho? @0816mommy

you can take classes now, some woman milk don't come in until after birth, mine didn't.

I do not know to be honest, I think there will reach a point thought that baby's well being will come before everything else, and in that case maybe make a line at the bottom of your birth plan, deliver healthy baby, no matter the way. Then you have all your bases covered.
