I never thought I would say this but trust me you'll know lol. I would always ask and never really knew what it was till it hit me. It's like really bad pressure on your belly! It will stop you in your tracks and you'll have to breathe through them.

The intensity magnifies and hits a peak then releases slowly ... Best way I can describe it.

It's a radiating pain that comes with stomach tightening and pressure
