What Can I Do for Severe Cold Symptoms and Pain?
I am going crazy. My head feels like it's full of water and hurts. my neck and lymphnodes are killing me. My throat hurts worse than it has in years. And all I can take is Tylenol cold?? Alka seltzer cold + and ibuprofen are what works. I'm up all night in pain :'( any advice that's worked for you??

get a humidifier! they work wonders. have it on at night

and you are only supposed to take Tylenol during pregnancy and benadryl or regular Robitussin

And try a tea and I know there is some stuff you can rub on your feet and chest to help clear up your sinuses

Try Vicks sap I don't know what it's called but that works wonders
