My sister in law smoked her whole pregnancy and she is smoking while she breastfeeds. It is really upsetting. She keeps saying her kid is fine but she had her prematurely and she is not growing or developing that fast. Everyone has there own opinion but if you can quit that would be great. My husband has been smoking for ten years and when we got pregnant he got the patch. Made me the happiest woman alive that he wants to be healthy for me and this baby.
