show him ultrasound tell him it's a baby let him rub your tummy ☺ do it often so he pics up on it

Tell him you have a baby in your belly frequently, just went through this with my nieces and my friends daughter, my nieces are a tad older but my friends daughters 2 1/2

once he acknowledges that, work on the big brother aspect, and the ultrasound thing works very well.
