So I started taking birth control because my doctor said it was the best way to go since I have ovarian cysts. Now before this, I had an ectopic pregnancy in August of 2014 and was the worst this ever, I had my tube removed and was left with one ovary. Previously to that we had been trying for 3 years and no luck. Now me being on the pill should protect my only ovary. Any suggestions on what I should take once I get off the pill? Me and the hubbs are trying to be careful since I was told that I would be classified as high risk pregnancy. I want to try anything natural that can boost fertility or make conception easier.

there is always a surrogate... not sure if you're willing to go that route.

I was in the same boat I had to have multiple surgeries and be on a lot of medications and they said I probably would never conceive. I stayed on the highest level of hormones for one year got a d & c and monitored my pain levels. we finally decided to get off the birth control and we were pregnant 1 1/2 months later. just stay positive!
