She can't control being cranky it's the hormones. Just try to be patient. And yes the more cravings you fulfill the happier she will be. Try to be sensitive to her needs.

Emotions are gonna be all over the place. I cried when my husband wouldn't give into one of my cravings before. It's funny now but at the time I was pissed and sad. She may do or say things that sound crazy or irrational but just bare with her if you give in she will be happy. The happier she is the happier you will be
