its sad but sometimes its needed. I wouldn't let a young baby cry it out but older babies sometimes need to release energy so they can sleep

Ik! It breaks my heart every time but hes getting better and plus even when i try to have him sleep with me he just tosses and turns cuz he cant get comfortable

We do it at night when hes fighting his sleep
