my SO and I had sex like an hour and a half ago and he finished in me and ever since I got up I have had so much discomfort in my pelvic area, my hips, my back, and it feels like my vagina is bulging.. the doctor was able to feel the babies head when I had a vaginal yesterday and I'm also 4cm dilated. help please!!! is this normal or the beginning of labor? or just nothing? sorry I'm being an annoying inexperienced first time mom 😕

When I called L&D because of cramps and stuff, one of the first things they asked is if I had sex that day/recently. Because its a common symptom after sex especially towards the end.

your pretty far along semen (omg I don't know if I spelt that right smh) can cause you to go into labor. helps jump start it i heard. I would go get checked out!

I mean they might send you home till your contracting. but it never hurts to try. you could be having small contractions and you don't realize it. your already at a 4.
