I had my baby on December 30th and I am having really bad cramps across down low and in my hips and legs that is excruciating and feels like labor all over again. I am told it is because of the breast pumping and breastfeeding, but no one seems to know how to lessen them. I only pump once or twice a day and they are this bad and the doctor wants me to pump 8 times a day to get the milk flowing. I don't think I can take all day labor like pains if I cant handle it for more than a few seconds and I cant pump for her if I take pain meds.
