Tell them with all due respect you'd rather take a few days to just be with your baby & immediate family & get adjusted. That's a start. If anyone gets snippy - straight tell them, this is YOUR baby, & what you say goes. Might be some hurt feelings but that shouldn't be any of your concern.

As for Facebook - post it!! You can change the privacy settings to hide the status from certain people or vice versa only make it viewable to certain people.

you can make your post only go out to a select group of people that's how I've had mine set up for almost a year only like 7 people can see my posts out of the 50 or so people I'm friends with 😂😂

you can still post your Good News . you don't have to , you can deny whoever you please . . and you don't have to give anyone a explaination of why ! because it's your baby and your the one who needs to be stress free during the delivery of your baby boy .

I didn't tell anybody but my parents and grandparents until after my son was born.

I posted it on Facebook when I didn't want my boyfriends side there and told them that if anyone calls don't transfer them over to my room and no people coming either and they did so. I had some people call themselves uncle and aunty or Gramma when they had no relation it bothered me. or when the call your baby theirs.
