they'll give you some in the hospital, they are the absolute best. ask for extras. but granny panties are the best other than the hospital ones!

What she said! lol. The ones they give you in the hospital are amazing but you should but some nice feeling full booty underware for after. It took me a while to get back to my normal type after my c-section with my son.

I LOVED the ones they gave me but for after I got some boy shorts (a size bigger than normal for extra room) and those seemed to be great for me. I liked them better than granny panties lol

@chaeanne, I haven't seen any pregnancy undies....did you find them online?

I actually bought mine at motherhood maternity. they have an online store if you don't have one near you though.
