I tried doing this but my veins are terrible. make sure you stay super hydrated!

they take the plasma out and then they pump another fluid in to replace the plasma @juliagail09

they put the red blood cells back in you the plasma is just the watery stuff in your blood

I have donated in the past ..its like giving blood but then they pump stuff back into your system. The whole process takes awhile.
