My son was head down from 20 weeks until he was born, as far as I know he never changed up.

They can flip until 36 -37wks my son flipped at 38wks butt first and my daughter (this pregnancy) flipped twice 35+36wks

my midwife told me since hes turned this late its unusual for them to turn again

Mine has been head down for a long time. My midwife said some babies find a position they like and stay put. Apparently mine has done just that. She's been head down with her back on my right side and tushie under my right ribs.
