As soon as you please . I stayed inside for about two weeks just cause I was scared of everything but they tell you if you take your infant out keep them at least 3 feet away from people at all times that way they can't get sick from random people

lol I just say that because I'm paranoid and I'm not taking any chances I'll be in for about a month before I go out.
