Any suggestions on how I can start to prepare my body now for labor? I'm due in just about 10 weeks. I was wondering if there is anything I can do now to help my body do what it should, and also help my recovery be a little easier. My baby is in the 84th percentile for weight, and I want to avoid a C-section and induction as much as possible.
Stretching and some yoga. Try squats or an exercise ball and rock your hips back and fourth. Wish I would have done this more during pregnancy, I had an emergency c-section and I believe doing some of these exercises, would have prevented it. Good luck!
