I love my man so much but oh my god, he snores and grinds his teeth so loud at night. 😥 It didn't used to bother me so much but, now that our little girl keeps me up most nights anyways, I almost wanna sleep in a different room. 😣

Have him get a nightguard. He can have his dentist make one to custom fit or he can get one at walmart in the sporting goods area. It's not good for him to grind his teeth. The bite splint will help with the grinding and the snoring.

Or either snores,grinds his teeth and smacks his jaws in his sleep. I just want to kick the crap out of him!! lol

@dontberidiculous, That was what I suggested! I keep telling him that, if he continues, he's gonna grind all his teeth down by the time he's 40 but he's a hard-headed butt.
@carsonsmommy2016 Right?! And the worst part is he's just so peaceful and soundly asleep that he has no idea how close I am to strangling him. 😦

That's the crummy thing about men. They put their health on the back burner always. Perhaps you can make it about you instead like, "Baby, you know I love you right? BUT, if you don't do something about your grinding and snoring, I'm going to smother you in your sleep." Haha. I'm sorry girl. I can tell you the bite splint will help, now you just have to make him do it.
