is this safe to take.??

when you went to your doctor they should have given you a list that should tell you whats safe to take if you dont think its safe call your doctor just to be sure thats what ive done throught my pregnancy

Take regular Unisom. It's what I use when my allergies aren't kicking my ass & I have to take benadryl, Dr says it's okay to take regular Unisom

I was thinking about getting one of those oil diffuser things, and putting lavender in it.

My dr suggested tylonol pm for me... I'd run it by yours though
