Is it normal to be constipated & have diarrhea post partum. I had a vaginal birth & tore.

That's how I was. Took a couple weeks till it felt normal again

@izzysmommy1003, yeah. I didn't get hemmorriods but when I poop, it feels very uncomfortable!

Girl u have no idea! I was so scared to poop! Lol I got an epidural so when I pushed my son out I may have pushed a little too hard it just made it hurt so bad to go after. Took atleast a month for it to feel completely normal again for me

@izzysmommy1003, same here, mama!! when I pushed my daughter out, I couldn't feel shit. lol. the doctor had to tell me to push SLOWLY!! & I was like how?! I can't even feel myself pushing lol

Yeah! I just remember people telling me push like your pooping but I didn't know exactly how hard I was pushing so I just over did it. I got him out in about 3 pushes but I had a sore ass in the end lmao

Omg lol yes I had it a few days after I had Chase, but I thought it was bc I didn't eat anything I just constantly drank fluids for like a whole day
