man these contractions are coming in strong every 3 to 4 minutes. I'm managing the pain pretty good so far. I may not need too get the pitocin. I am at 2 and a half cm once I reach 4cm I'm getting the epidural. and will be switching rooms too deliver my baby boy💙

praying right now!!! HUGE hugs sweetheart! YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember, breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth. Focus. Listening to some Enya or Celtic Woman always calms me. Maybe it will help get you through the pain! xoxo
