So the first ultrasound I had the baby was high and the heart beat was 176 but I had recently gone to the er and my baby was really low and it took the doctor to find the heart beat and it dropped down to 140 is that okay?

No they really didn't tell me anything but just for the ob doctor to check my levels when I go in

the smaller you are, the faster the heartbeat, so as the baby grows the heartbeat will definitely slow down. The doctor will likely start to worry under 120 or so!
