I'm suppose to be keeping track of the baby's movements now. we've had some problems with her not moving but I'm not sure how to keep track or count

okay thank you. I know she usually doesn't move every hour. and last night she didn't move for about 4. so the Dr said the next time it happens I need to go to the hospital.
I was told to pick a time of day baby is usually most active and count how many times they move in an hour. I'm still figuring it out too since everytime I try to count them he stops moving.
eat a decent neal, drink some juice and then lay on your left side and count every single movement. it doesnt have to be big, every movement counts. you are suppose to get 10 kicks in an hour, if you don't then call L&D.
she's usually more active in the evening so that can work @poppys @mommytobe110
