I love it , my ultimate goal is to be a psychiatrist to help younger kids with mental illness as myself to give back. I enjoy working with them they are full of personality and I love the creativity in the job all the different activities. Trainings are boring but needed and I have to do a module a month but it counts for the pay raise every 6 months @jensim82011
