When I was still nursing I used this kind. Just make sure to get an all organic kind. When a friend suggested it to me she just said to find one in a glass jar, not plastic.

They sell that brand at stater brothers and winco for sure.

@babybermea, I don't use any!! If they latch good u won't hurt I mean it's uncomfortable but it's ok

@babybermea, u know what u need to get these r soooo good they t buy lansinoh they r warmers that u put in the microwave for ten second and than put them on while breast feeding so when ur engoraged they help u can heat them or have them cold oh and nursing pads I forgot about those

@babybermea, ong buy them online those r cheap I paid 25 for mine yes they r so good because my boobs hurt so bad cuz I would get so full and this would help release all the milk

no problem. I live in the middle of nowhere so the women here are very open to natural stuff so the don't have to drive an hr to get store bought.

if you have a fb there is a page called the wholistic mommy. they are an all natural group of anti vax and anti circ mommy's. there are also other groups that talk about all natural/crunchy options. so far I'm learning that breastmilk can be used for almost anything. diaper rash, chapstick etc
