With this baby we are using the lists proccess and taking our time also. Its better to take your time and be completely happy with the name then to get a wrong name and have to change it last minute. we definitely do not let anyone know not even our close family of our suggested names or the final name until after baby is born. 😊

It was a proccess for us, we made lists and would elminate more names until we had a small list and then wr chose which sounded better together as a whole name with middle and last. At the end we ended up deciding, I chose the first and he chose the middle name from the list. We definitely decided on her name almost a week before I gave birth. We where unsure and I also didn't want to choose a definite one too early to avoid it being spread around and critiqued by family. It workes out great for us.

I don't think it's too late. I wanted to see him/ meet him before I named him all of the names I thought I wanted didn't suit him at all and I'm so glad I waited.

I feel like that will put too much pressure on the parents but I guess when you know, you know lol

I have a friend who literally finally decided on a name when they held her for the first time
