I called my therapists office today and changed therapists and got the quickest time I can. I loved my therapist and have been with her for 8 years but when I go in I don't actually say how I feel because she always lectures me and I can't handle the lectures. She's more of a friend then a therapist and I need someone from the outside who doesn't know me personally to help me try to overcome some of my obsticles. I surely hope she doesn't take offense to it and think it was something she has done wrong cause she is such an amazing and wonderful women and I couldn't have been happier to meet someone like her but sometimes you need a change right.?
