momma is going to try and talk to the doctor about inducing me today. ill be 39 weeks tomorrow, I can't walk long without swelling, my back is KILLING me... She lives in SC, and flew up last week when we thought I was in labor, & she's been helping me try to go into labor so she's here. if the baby comes, and she leaves she can't come back and I'll be one anxious little girl because yes I adore my mother in law and hubby, but its not the same as having my mom there... so I REALLY need her here. She can't stay any longer because the 30th my dad got all his teeth cut out except 3, because of his chemo and radiation treatments(stage 4 terminal sarcoma & lung cancer he's in remission and has been for a couple years) so she really needs to go back home and take care of my daddy.
I really DONT wanna go that route of inducing, I want to just have her when she's ready, I haven't even wanted to do half the stuff she's been telling me to do, but I have been so she can be there with me.
who knows, the doctor could tell me no today that its not in their policy or whatever.
we will see...
all I know is I'm FREAKING OUT and I'm super nervous and scared...

My dr in Vegas told me they wouldn't induce me unless I was 40+ weeks I was dilated at a 2 & only 36 weeks contacting like crazy so I went to Utah where my moms a nurse & walked , bounced & everything & finally a dr down there induced me saying I was going to put too much stress on my daughter . One day later I had her via C section due to dropping heart rates on us both . 5 days total in labor . So if you feel you're ready ask ! Don't hesitate

thank you so much! I feel like she's ready to come, but my body isn't, because I'm still 1cm and 50%. have been since 35 weeks.. I just don't want to induce and it stress her out, or something happen because my body just wasn't ready for it... @athenas_mommy

That's how I was but if your body isn't progressing it's potentially bad for you & baby . So be sure to ask them if she's stressed or anything then go off of that . Ultimately if your dr is fine with it you should be able to

thank you so much. you really did help calm me down about this... I'm so worried its gonna stress her out and I don't wanna do that to my baby, but if they give me the green light, looks like I'll be seeing my daughter tonight/tomorrow!
