I hate not sleeping. I stay up late all the time because if I'm not in bed by a certain time I can't sleep. but now that I went to bed at the time, I woke up at 230 and can't go back to sleep! I'm not uncomfortable, why keep me up?!😔😔

Any ideas on how to get an almost 1 year old to sleep on their own? I love co sleeping but it's got to the point where I can't even pee because Seth wakes up screaming if he's alone for more a minute, it's draining and I get no time to myself, would just be nice that once he's in bed to be able to have some time for me and my partner but I have to be In bed with Seth at 7/8 otherwise he won't sleep, I love co sleeping but I can't be doing this with him when I'm up every 2/3 hours with a newborn in a few months
