I have always co slept with my son with a mixer of him sleeping in a sleeper or crib and I worked full time up until a month or two ago but I love it. He is 13m now and I am trying to get him only in his crib but failing. The good thing is that it bonds you with your LO, they will sleep longer and are more comfortable, and you won't worry as much if they are okay being alone. The bad thing is that it is not very save if you don't be careful and it can make is hard to put them to sleep alone. Just don't tell the doc that your co sleeping. I always get an earful. good luck
