need to vent majorly. someone HELP lol

so older sister (21) was helping my BD out and pickin him up to go pick up his mother from work she's stranded. and they don't have a car right now. so they were trying to sifen gas out of his car that's broken down to be able to drive and get gas money (struggle is real lol) and he kept declining my calls and my sister has been in and out of my lie. she lost her baby at 6 months premature, and got sick earlier in 2015. and he absolutely loves me. he bumped his phone and I heard a very weird noises and he was loosing his breathe. it's 9 degrees out tho and he was using a hose on the gas tank. i know I sound CRAZY but I just get a slight attitude when I bottle it up. and he wonders whats wrong . should I just forget all about and avoid a possible argument? or say anything?
