Has anyone ever done a "hypnobirth" ? Just recently found out about it and I'm interested to know of…

What is it? I've never heard of it

I'm doing it this time...my sil did it with her last birth and it literally looked like she was sleeping when she gave birth lol so peaceful and relaxed

@bianca_rose, see that's what I want it sounds so relaxing and nonstressful hopefully it's not too late for me and hubby to take a class

They're usually 6 wk classes, why don't you just buy a book and quickly read/learn it...you need time to practice but maybe you'll pick it up quick, do you meditate?

Oh geesh I don't have time for classes I'll have to buy a book and watch videos. Thank goodness I'm a fast learner. No I don't meditate @bianca_rose
