what Prenatals do most of you guys take, I've been researching and the one a day with DHA I've been taking contain red #40 dye which obviously isn't good for us or our babies (can cause allergies and ADHC) but I can't afford to throw out a 30$ bottle right now...ugh.. guess I'll buy organic next time, been researching those as well and it's going to be 40-50$ for those..grr 👀 👈 I'm done venting..😂

yeah they also contain the red 40 too I believe? supposedly they were going to take it out but I'm not sure when it comes into effect, ivw heard good reviews though thanks!

yeah I've been looking into the rainbow brand I saw them at sprout but was being cheap about buying separate dha but that's what I'm gonna do going forward thank you 😘😘

I got a prescription but the Dr. said depending on the price it's not worth it, I told him what I purchased and he said that was fine @bianca_rose
