I was taking something my doctor gave me and it didn't work at all I've also tried salty crackers and a lot more stuff . but they just make me run to the restrok.

preggie pops really helped me. also I heard Seaband helps alot.

just regular peppermint candies or candy canes.

I got mine @ Target where the vitamins were. Also the Seaband is about $8. It helps with dizziness and nausea. Hope you feel better soon!
