Evening primrose oil or pills. What are your experiences with it?

I used it for about a week. but didn't notice notice anything. they say to start taking it at 35 weeks orally and then at 37 weeks vaginally.

@113015angel, dang lol I'm 31 weeks and thinking of taking it starting it at 35 weeks.

Well it won't harm anything. When I asked my doctor if it was ok he didn't hesitate in saying absolutely.

@113015angel, that's good. As long as doctors approve it vaginally and orally, there doesn't seem to be any harm in taking it.

oh by the way. Evening primrose oil is also used to soften the cervix for an easier delivery.

@113015angel, how would you insert the oil onto your cervix though?

Insert it vaginally while you sleep, be sure to wear a pad though.

once the capsule dissolves it will.
