@skyfullofstars344, I have sciatica really bad on my left side so I lay on my right to fall asleep then I switch over. My baby kicks me so much when I lay on my right but never left

you can lay on either side but they say lay on the left to not put so much pressure on the heart, baby, and main artery in the body. I personally cannot sleep regardless lol. Yeah people say all kinds of stuff when you are pregnant.
I've heard about the right side and back but never heard anything about clothes at night! I heard you shouldn't wear a bra during the night. IMO clothing is optional during bed time lol
I couldn't sleep in super tight clothes I'd suffocate. There's no reason you cannot sleep in loose comfortable clothing.
It was on an app and it was a list of do's and donts while pregnant. It also said not to lay on your right side ever. Left only @mommygrant_xoxo
