it's normal this early in pregnancy your not supposed to monitor them till 28 weeks so it's possible they'll only check for a heartbeat

They'll do a Doppler

mine told me I couldn't go off feeling them that early and said to schedule an appt or to wait till I went in.

Lol I know this is bad but when I did not have my insurance and couldn't see my doctor I went to the hospital said I was having pains and they did a ultrasound

Oh the hospital is definitely not the place lol cause they're not allowed to tell you anything the lady wouldn't even let me see the baby I had to ask and she said all she is allowed to say is that the baby is ok

@moe899, just ask your doctors office if they do an elective gender scan. I found out at 16 weeks for $30

i was in pain so I went to the er expecting a ultrasound and was disappointed. they were just like call your Dr to make an appointment. smh and when I did have 1 one time the wouldn't let me look. bastards. lol
