no it won't hurt. I was giving mine like 4 or 5 months. baby will be just fine.

@mommyofvadanyx, is it fine if she eats it once in a while like once every few days or only once a week? don't know how I would introduce solids to her yet

my parenting class told me that they recently found out 6 months is the best. the baby's insides aren't ready to break it down yet and they can get food allergies and stuff like that. that's just what both my parenting classes said though c:

my doctor said 6 months but I started at 5..you can try and see how your baby does
