Maybe just find a different brand, like the gummy ones. They are supposed to help because the baby is taking a bunch of your vitamins and nutrients from you!

yeah ik but I am due this week so I didnt think it was an big issue because I took them my whole pregnancy

i would check with ur doc since ur babys brain is wat is developing in the end so baby may benefit from the extra vitamins
