I think my prenatal vitamins are all of a sudden making me sick...I've been taking them for 2 years now? Am I tripping or has this happened to any of you before?

I used to be able to take mine fine and then I started having to take it with a yogurt or something I don't know maybe that would help?

I started taking them before bed I noticed I won't get as sick. make sure your belly is not empty when you take them though
