I've had a cold for the past few days. I've been taking regular Tylenol for pain and robitussin DM for cough, both approved for pregnancy. Idk the ingredients in cold and sinus.

you're welcome. During my first trimester I got a really bad head cold and tried just about every Tylenol cold meds there is. I hope it helps you.
