You can't just wash them u also have to boil them in bleach it's also not easy when you out and u have to carry pooped and peed diapers home

@chadriaa4, it's an option to boil to prep faster. If you really have the mind set to do it, you'll be fine. We're gonna do disposables and cloth since we got both and after the disposables are gone we intend to cloth full time. Take a class and research. I'm beyond excited to start.

I'm all down for natural and organically raising my kid but it also needs to be easy too. And hygienic. And it's really hard with the cloth diapers

I was advised to use disposable while out and cloth for home. I plan to use cloth as well and I think that's what I'm going to do.

Here's the deal. You get good detergent and a good wash routine and it's as simple as another load of laundry. They are sanitary and they are easy. I've been doing cloth full time for over 18 months i wouldn't do it any other way. I've even traveled 40 hours in a car with my cloth it's THAT EASY.

I am gonna try it. But not until we get home from the hospital because I personally know how hectic it is for a nurse.
