Pelvic pressure all day and one little drop of blood. Should I be worried??? Also lower stomach cramping all day.

Could be a UTI. I'd get checked out anyway to be certain it's nothing you should worry about.

Call your dr and get an ultra sound. Pelvic pressure isn't a good sign nor is blood. I went through similar symptoms back in March and I had a subchorionic hemorrhage and I also miscarried. Make sure you get plenty of rest and drink a lot of water. Sometimes the pressure or "cramping" feeling is bc you are a little dehydrated. Anyway call your dr in the morning just for peace of mind!!!

Sorry I didn't realize you were further along :) I'd still call your dr but since you aren't in your first trimester I wouldn't be as worried

I called L&D and she told me to take some Tylenol and lay down and if it gets worse to come to the hospital. Also earlier I used the bathroom and had thick snot looking stuff I told her about that and she said it was probably part of my mucus plug.

@jnichole, she also told me to drink plenty of water..
