Hang in there! It's not forever! And just think about that beautiful baby growing inside of you. Set yourself up during pregnancy to have success after baby. Try to keep your meals balanced and drink lots of water, and even stay somewhat active so once you have baby you will be a lot more prepared to get where you feel comfortable again. It's amazing how much better you can feel just by a little exercise/eating healthy everyday.
@jazzy21, same here mama it's diff a change we have to accept 😩 just gatta try hard to get somewhat of our body back
@blessedmamaof3, my pregnancy body looks cute as long as clothes are covering it up. Once the clothes are off its a whole other story
@candice_leann, I was a size 1 before I got pregnant and now I wear a size 8. I went from 115 to 160. I know it's worth it but I just hate the feeling I get when I see the stretch marks in the mirror.
yup but I tell myself "I love my body" over and over when I see myself in the mirror, put on make up or put lotion on. it helps, it's like a little reminder that our bodies are capable of producing life and bouncing back 😉
yes, I went from like a 9/10 to like a 7. how in the world... my pants sag lol and I look like a teenage boy from the back, according to my older sister lol. I've lost so much weight and my skin is like blah, but griping aside, Its so worth it.
I know it sounds dumb but I was in a size 1 before and I'm only 24 wks and I'm already in a size 10 I'm almost 140 and to me that's a big difference. with my first I only got to 147 the day I had her that was 6 yrs ago
@mrsmord, I'm having a hard time accepting the way my body has changed with pregnancy
You'll get your body back soon it'll motivate you to get that together ASAP. That's what motivates me
