OMG it's serioussssss!!! I'm constantly toy eating ice . I was just thinking about getting up and filling a cup of ice. my teeth hurt so bad because I've not left the house today and so I've only had the big cubed ice. usually I go to store and get the crushed ice!

I always pour water over the ice to soften it before I chew it so that it doesn't damage my teeth. But I go threw like 8 cups of ice a day.

I've seriously broken a few teeth due to this habit lol I had it bad with my son! Like really bad, that's all I'd eat.
