found a thread on a labor inducing yoga dance that has worked for soooo many moms guess ima give it a gander tonight, trying to avoid induction as much as possible hopefully it works. my cervix is low and I'm dilated to a 1, not sure how effaced I am because they never tell me but send some labor dust my wayyy
