Yes, new clothes have dyes and chemicals on them and babies with sensitive skin can have a reaction. Not to add germs from people touching them while shopping but like pp said to each its own..

I washed them like 4 times when I was nesting

I was wondering the same, the only thing I'm worried about with washing all her brand new clothes is when I end up in labour and she actually ends up being a he 😂 lol cuz you never know haha
