Talk to your doctor. I was able to get a free electric breast pump through my insurance. It was through pumping essentials. I just put in my insurance information on the website, got a prescription from my OB and they let you know your free options (:

I found one at Ross for 10$ it was new and unopened. walmart carries the same one for 30$.
