Whelp felt crappy all day yesterday and I couldn't sleep for more than an hour at a time last night. I woke up to my head feeling like it's in a cloud/aching, I'm congested, my whole body is aching, back in extreme pain, I'm cramping here and there, and my left nostril keeps bleeding on and off. 😕 I don't like any of this one bit ...
